All Ads run for 60 days so you will get an automated email informing you to re-post your ad. This keeps you on top of your listings and making sure things are up-to-date. Does my Ad stay in the system so I can access it next year?
Yes, once your 60 days expires your Ad stays in your Workspace until you delete it. What if I have more than one unit for rent in the same building?
In your Workspace click on: ADD A NEW LISTING and then look for the Property Managers Option at the bottom of the page. There you will be able to add up to 3 more individual units to your listing. I don't see my City or Town listed?

If you have a video posted on a website like www.YouTube.com or www.vimeo.com ... just copy the URL location of the video and then paste it into the section located on the Add A New Listing page. This will pop-up a window so potential Renters can view your video. You can also embed a listing so it shows up directly on your Rent2u.ca listing page. What if I forget my password?

All passwords are automated and not accessible to anyone. When I am logged in and then do a search I seem to be out of my Workspace area. How do I get back to it?
At the top of the page and below the Landlord Login you will see your login name and "My Account". Click on My Account to take you back to your Workspace Area Will I get any notification of my Ad Expiring?
Yes. You will get an automated email that will notify you that your Ad has expired. It will also give you the property I.D. number for easy reference. |
